How this website handles your enquiry and creative direction. Updated 3 October 2026.

Your enquiry and creative direction
The enquiry asks for your name, email address and message so Marshall can reply. If you choose the Kickstarter, you can also share a brand name, colours, references and a logo or design file. These are included in the enquiry email as a starting brand brief and used to discuss and carry out the work you agree with Nexney. This information stays in project correspondence; submitting the form does not create an online account or subscribe you to marketing.
Files and browser previews
Selected images and pasted colour codes can be previewed in your browser before sending. Your message and brand material are not saved to browser storage. The form accepts one PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF of up to 5 MB. The server checks the file type and attaches an accepted file to the email. Uploads use PHP temporary storage during the request and are not published on the website. The attachment remains part of the email correspondence. We do not automatically fetch links you paste.
Security checks
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare and the server verifies the result before accepting a new enquiry. Verification includes the visitor IP address. Cloudflare processes this information under its privacy policy. If the security check is unavailable, the form cannot send; you can email Marshall directly. Server checks also validate fields, restrict request origins and limit repeated submissions.
Campaign information and offers
The website keeps campaign labels in your browser’s session storage for up to 12 hours. A new recognised Nexney campaign link replaces the previous campaign; ordinary navigation keeps it. If you enquire, that public link label, the landing page and available referring page are included so Marshall can understand how you found the service. Sensitive query parameters are excluded. This record contains no form message, logo or contact details. A Kickstarter selection is included with your enquiry so Marshall can show the 10% discount in the project quotation. Campaign labels alone do not apply a discount or enrol you in marketing.
Delivery and retention
Form details and accepted attachments are sent to Marshall by email. A successful response means the email service has accepted the enquiry; inbox delivery can still be delayed or fail. Request receipts and rate-limit records are kept outside the public website directory. These contain hashes rather than your message, attachment or raw IP address. Receipts are valid for 24 hours and rate-limit windows for one hour.
Your enquiry and attachments remain in project correspondence so Marshall can respond and refer to the agreed work. Email marshall@nexney.com to ask what information is held, request a correction or discuss deletion.
Campaign measurement
Nexney’s campaign short links keep daily totals of link requests and accepted enquiries against the public campaign label. A link label identifies the campaign and creative, not a person. Known preview bots and HEAD requests are excluded from link totals, but other automated requests may remain; these totals are not unique visitors. An accepted enquiry means the email transport accepted the message, not that a job was sold.
If you allow optional analytics, the site also sends that campaign label with page-view, contact-click and enquiry-start events to Nexney’s own server. Each event is counted at most once per page load. Declining analytics stops these optional events and does not affect the form. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. No message, email address, file, raw IP address or user-agent is stored in the campaign counters. Abuse prevention uses short-lived hashed IP keys. Aggregate reporting covers 90 days, and bounded storage is rotated and cleaned. Hosting providers may separately retain ordinary security and access logs.
External services
This version of the website does not run Google Analytics. Private aggregate reports may be read by Marshall and his authorised tools to compare campaign performance. Email and any shared-file links use their respective providers’ services and privacy policies. Please leave passwords and sensitive client records out of your initial enquiry.
