A useful starting point

Sound familiar?

You do not need a finished brief to start. A real problem and a rough idea are enough for the first conversation.

  • Your business has grown beyond its current website.

  • You have a new service or offer that needs its own landing page.

  • You want your work to explain why someone should choose you.

The work / A closer look

Different businesses. Their own character.

Africa Circular brings a bilingual public website and information design together. Stravon takes a different route for recruitment and professional services.

A clear first purchase

One page. One clear purpose.

A clear scope before the work starts. A useful result you can review.

Example project / Quoted after review

A focused landing page.

A practical first project for one service, product or promotion. Give it a clear audience, a useful story and one next step.

  1. One offer. One audience.

One landing page with an agreed set of sections, shaped around the people you want to reach and the offer they need to understand.

  2. Your facts, shaped together.

You supply accurate business information, approved brand files and suitable existing images. I organise the page and refine its wording with you.

  3. A responsive layout.

One visual direction adapted for phone, tablet and desktop, using the agreed content and brand material.

  4. One enquiry route.

A clear call to action connected to email or an agreed form. Campaign attribution is included when agreed in the quotation.

  5. One consolidated review round.

Review the first complete page and bring your feedback together in one round of changes within the agreed scope.

  6. Checks and handover.

Check the layouts, links and enquiry route. Agree file ownership, account access and the handover before the work begins.

Separately scoped. Full website rebuilds, extra pages, custom integrations, substantial new copy, photography, video and other content production are scoped separately. Hosting, domains, subscriptions and ongoing care are also agreed separately.

Example scope only. Final deliverables, fee, review allowance and delivery date are confirmed in your quotation after we review the brief.

Practical progress.

I bring design, development and content together, using AI where it supports the work. You review the direction, and we agree the next step before moving on.

Meet Marshall
  1. Start by email.

Send your idea in one message. Add links or creative material if you have them.

  2. Agree the job.

I review the brief and come back with questions, a practical scope and a quotation.

  3. Build, review and hand over.

See the work at agreed points, check the result and decide whether you need ongoing help.

After the first project / Ongoing support

Keep the website working for the business.

Once the first page is in place, bring the next improvements into a shared list. Choose the work that fits the capacity we agree.

Examples for the priority list

  • Update an offer or add a new case study.
  • Improve a page using the enquiries and feedback it receives.
  • Prepare a seasonal campaign page or related content.
Discuss ongoing website support

A working agreement, made clear

Capacity & priorities
Agree monthly capacity, support hours and response expectations. Keep one prioritised list and confirm what fits before work starts.
A regular review
Agree a review rhythm, such as a monthly planning conversation: look at delivered changes, available evidence and the next website priorities.
Ownership & handover
Agree who owns the files and accounts, who maintains them and how work is handed over. Identify third-party costs and any larger new projects separately.

The quotation defines the fee and the arrangement. Ongoing support is a separate choice after a project, with its own scope.

Optional / Nexney Kickstarter

Bring your direction.
Get 10% off your quoted project fee.

Add your brand details, palette, logo or references through the Kickstarter in the enquiry form. We agree the scope and confirm the discount in your quotation. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a project.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Can you improve what I already have?

Yes. Send the current link and the part that is letting you down. I will review the platform and suggest whether a focused improvement or a rebuild makes more sense.

Do I need to write all the copy?

Bring the facts and the way you explain your business. Copy development can be included in the quotation, with your review before publication.

Can this be a single campaign page?

Yes. A focused landing page can be the whole project, with a defined audience, offer, proof and enquiry route.
