Brand design packages / business kits

Make every part
feel like your business.

Your website makes the introduction. Your proposal, company profile, clothing and vehicle carry it into the world. Bring those moments together through one considered design direction.

A full package, with a clear boundary

Choose the pieces your business actually uses.

A complete design package does not have to mean everything at once. Begin with the material customers see most often, then agree the next useful applications.

01 / Recognition

The visual foundation

Review the logo, colours, type and image style. Define a direction that works on a screen, in a document and at a larger scale.

  • Retained or separately scoped new identity
  • Colour and typography guidance
  • Logo-use and layout examples
02 / Communication

The business documents

Help people understand the offer and make the next decision. Give your team documents they can use without starting from scratch.

  • Company profile or introduction
  • Proposal, brief or report template
  • Cards, letterhead or email signature
03 / Presence

The everyday applications

Explore how the identity feels in the places your business appears. Adapt the scale, material and hierarchy for each setting.

  • Signage and reception concepts
  • Workwear and vehicle concepts
  • Social graphics or website direction

An example starter kit

One direction. A useful first family.

A brand-use sheet, a business-card layout, an editable letterhead, a short proposal template and three social templates make a practical starting scope. Choose one additional application concept—such as a reception sign or vehicle treatment—if it helps you picture the direction.

We review your source files and intended uses before confirming the final items, page counts, sizes, review rounds, price and delivery date. Supplier-ready production artwork is included only where specifically agreed.

Seven identities / seven different uses

See what a connected kit can look like.

These are newly created portfolio applications of retained identities. Each contains an AI-assisted scene and an editable sample document. The mockups demonstrate design possibilities; they are not claims of commissioned or installed kits.

From a collection of files to a working kit

Start with the business behind the design.

Work directly with Marshall to decide what should stay, what needs a new direction and what your customers need to understand.

  1. Show what exists

Your logo, colours, current documents, website and examples you like. Include your audience and where the material will be used.

  2. Agree the direction

Review a connected visual route before extending it across every item. Confirm the formats, quantities and feedback process.

  3. Make it work

Develop the selected applications. Check legibility, document editing and the intended sizes before preparing the final files.

  4. Keep it connected

As services change, revisit the copy and structure. Ongoing support can rewrite the kit around a new offer while keeping the identity familiar.

Your next introduction could begin with what you already have.

A logo and an untidy folder are enough for the first email. Tell me where the business is going and which pieces you need most.

Before we begin

Useful answers.

Can you work with the logo we already have?

Yes. Send the best original file available and any brand guidance. We can build a consistent family of applications around a retained identity. Logo refinement or a new identity is a separate, agreed part of the job.

Is everything in a mockup included in the package?

No. A mockup explains a possible direction. Your quotation lists the actual designs, sizes, file formats, templates, revision rounds and supplier preparation included. Physical printing, embroidery, signage installation and vehicle wrapping are separately arranged.

Will we be able to edit the documents?

Editable formats are agreed before design starts. A Word template needs to work in everyday use, so its layout is designed and checked differently from a fixed print brochure. Final PDFs are supplied where they suit the job.

Can the website and business kit be designed together?

Yes. Shared typography, colours, imagery and language can connect your website, documents and launch content. Each deliverable still receives a defined scope and review.
